The fig obsession is real. Earlier this week I shared about my newfound love for local figs and got some great recipes from you all. Based on suggestions, I combined them all to make this amazing breakfast/snack/dessert/anytime food.
Fig & Cinnamon Goat Cheese Crostini
Here is the breakdown if you’d like to recreate it: sourdough bread in the toaster, Belle Chevre cinnamon goat cheese, sliced fresh figs and a drizzle of aged balsamic (I used this kind from Crate & Barrel). The savory sweet combination of flavors is amazing! It makes me want to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee all day long… and eat figs. Enjoy!
