I met Katie & Austin as a couple for the first time as they were celebrating Katie’s graduation at a local Augusta restaurant. I have known Austin for years, and my sister-in-law is friends with Katie from nursing school, but upon running into them, it was a great surprise to see them together! When they reached out to me to photograph their wedding I couldn’t be more excited! Fast forward to their awesome engagement session and then to October for a gorgeous fall wedding in Athens, GA. They both exuded so much joy throughout the day, and the happy tears they shed while Katie walked down the aisle were the sweetest. Plus, we were so lucky to have the fall color beginning to show at the amazing venue, The Georgia Club. The night was full of fun, dancing and even a bit of tossing Austin in the air by his coworkers! I can’t wait to see what is in store for them as a couple and am honored to have captured their first day of marriage! Katie & Austin, thank you for inviting me to be a part of your day!
