It’s not every day that you get an inquiry from a bride in Pennsylvania for her destination wedding in Charleston at the gorgeous William Aiken House, but when you do, you certainly do a happy dance! Working alongside Stacia & Andrew from afar was such a joy, and then finally officially meeting them on their wedding day couldn’t have been more fun! The two celebrated with their closest family & friends in one of the most beautiful cities with a Friday (the 13th, to be exact!) wedding so that they could spend the rest of the weekend with their family & friends on the South Carolina coast.

Megan from Mingle and her team helped pull off the most gorgeous and special day for the couple! The color palette couldn’t have been more lovely against the iconic William Aiken House yellow walls & lush fig vine. With an outdoor ceremony on the lawn and a reception to dance the night away, this day was one to remember! Stacia’s classic beauty was a perfect pair alongside her vivacious personality & Andrew couldn’t keep his eyes off her! I’m beyond thrilled to share these images & to have been a part of their day. Plus, I may or may not have teared up at the sweetness of Stacia & her dad’s dance. They have such a special father/daughter love for sure.

Stacia & Andrew, thank you so much for trusting me to photograph one of the biggest days of your lives. Capturing your love in Charleston was such fun – now you’ll just need to come back to the Holy City for your anniversaries so we can meet up again! Enjoy your honeymoon in St. Thomas!
