Last week I celebrated a little Cinco de Mayo fun by crafting this delicious Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita for The Bridal Theory. My mother-in-law introduced jalapeño and habanero infused cocktails to us a few years ago at a tailgate and we'd loved them ever since. This one is the perfect combination of sweet, tart and spicy.
