When Mary Helen & I first began to chat about her & Fisher’s relationship and plans for an engagement session in one of their favorite cities: Athens, we discovered that we actually live essentially in each other’s backyard in our current city: Augusta. Being so close in distance with a mutual love of Athens, I was excited to capture their love in the city where it all began! We started the session at one of their favorites: Last Resort, for the ever famous Cecilia’s Cake, and then after a bit of time in downtown Athens, we finished up on North Campus & Herty Field, exactly where Fisher popped the question with Mary Helen’s stunning rose gold ring! It’s a perfect accessory for their amazing style. Can we just talk about how I need that jumpsuit?! I’m so excited to share some favorites from their session on the most glorious January day!

PS: Did anyone notice Athens’ version of Austin, TX‘s “I love you so much” sign? That was a fun discovery!
