Back in October I joined the Yelp team to capture Fuse Augusta‘s Das Beste Oktoberfest event and so enjoyed hearing about the creativity behind the amazing dishes, beer and cocktails at Fuse. With new specials every week and seasonal, local flair, Fuse’s food and drinks continue to impress me! Plus, they offer great vegetarian & vegan options, which is always a win for a girl who loves a great vegetarian dish. My mom and sister tend to lean toward the herbivore side of the foodie world, so I am always on the lookout for great restaurants to introduce when they come in town! Fuse absolutely fits that bill!

I had such a great time shooting some of their latest dishes: everything from a Lamb Philly Cheesesteak to an awesome cheese plate, and a cocktail of bourbon, sugar, walnut bitters and Frangelico or a beer flight of amazing local and speciality brews, including my favorite: sour beers!
