From their engagement session in Athens to their wedding at Barnsley Gardens, I’ve had the joy of photographing Mary Helen and Fisher throughout multiple seasons of their lives over the last few years. We became close friends when I was living in Augusta and have loved staying in touch as we both navigate life as new moms. Because we’ve gotten to know each other well, capturing this current season of life is for these two is extra special.

We shot these photos at her parents’ house in Augusta – isn’t it stunning? In true Augusta fashion, the azaleas were blooming. The contrast of the pink flowers with the beautiful greenery made for the perfect backdrop.
