Photographing proposals is one of my favorite things to do! So much surprise and joy and true emotion! Last month I had the chance to second shoot a proposal right on the water separating Augusta, GA & North Augusta, SC at the lovely Hammond’s Ferry with my dear friend, Becky of Casto Photography & Cinema. This bride had no idea the proposal was coming and didn’t even know her groom had secretly had it photographed until a month later when he surprised her with the photos for her birthday! How fun is that!

This was the same week I happened to be on a “mini-vacation” (or at least it felt that way with the beauty of the neighborhood & river) living in Hammond’s Ferry for Masters Week! The proposal was the perfect reason to head out to the dock to enjoy the lovely weather and help Becky in capturing this special moment!
