So often I take a step back to realize how thankful I am to have clients who truly feel more like friends than anything else! Keely & David were exactly this for me. Whenever I shoot and friend’s wedding, I get so excited upon arrival to hug bridesmaids & celebrate with family. Although I didn’t personally know all of the members of Keely & David’s bridal party & family, I felt like I did by the time the day was done! Keely & David’s kind, calming demeanor and sweet love toward each other was such a wonderful part of the day!

Not to mention that the colors of the day were perfect for a summer wedding in Augusta, GA – absolutely stunning and perfectly paired with Keely’s dreamy Leanne Marshall gown from The Sentimentalist! If you missed her bridal portraits, you must go see the beauty! Her maids were dressed in gorgeous mint gowns from the wonderful House of the Bride and were truly beaming all day at their joy for the sweet couple! Plus, I couldn’t help but be reminded of the blessing of a house full of girls in college when I met each of Keely’s 5 roommates. To me, there is nothing sweeter than celebrating with your “house” for special occasions. Her roommates reminded me so much of my Hartford House girls that I couldn’t help but smile!

After the ceremony, the celebration continued to the stunning Old Medical College in downtown Augusta where I swooned over Keely & David’s couple’s portraits and then guests danced the night away after dining with Berry’s Catering and enjoying the lovely florals by Opus Weddings & Design! Overall, this day couldn’t have been more beautiful and I was honored to be a part!

Keely & David, thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming me into your lives like a dear friend and allowing me to capture your first day of marriage. You two are such gems and I can’t wait to see how the Lord uses you to impact students, patients and all those around you as a couple. I hope you enjoy every minute of your honeymoon in Savannah, GA – what a wonderful city!
