Here in Augusta, GA new restaurants have been opening up and we certainly aren’t hating it! From Hive Growler Bar to Bodega Ultima, each one is unique in its own way! I love hearing the stories behind the new spots in town, and this one is no different. Fuse just recently opened on Broad Street in the heart of downtown Augusta (next door to Bee’s Knees for you Augustans) and boasts craft beer, creative dishes and specialty cocktails full of unique infusions and flavors. Inspired by what’s in season, the menu varies for this chef-driven, family-owned restaurant, but on this particular evening for Yelp‘s “Das Beste Oktoberfest,” Fuse featured unique eats of the German kind and fall inspired craft beers. I loved getting to capture a bit of the space and event and hear from the chef & owner! Can’t wait to see what they craft up!
