We’ve been planning & prepping & dreaming of our babymoon over here… and after much deliberation (and input from you all!) we are SO thrilled that we’ll officially be spending a week in Kauai, Hawaii in August! A week of beautiful sites, relaxation, beaches, hikes, & endless food sounds like the perfect final big adventure before Baby C arrives in December. As we gear up for our next adventure this time next month, I can’t help but think back to our Florida road trip in March:

popped into Jacksonville & finally hugged Megan Martin in person for the first time; drove down to Miami for a family friend’s wedding & all of the South Beach vibes (minus the clubbing… ha); a couple whirlwind gangbuster days at Disney World for our first trip together there ever (and last one just as a couple, actually… because next time we go, we’ll have a baby on board!); and then finally, a visit with Laura Foote & fam in Tampa to close out the week (but not before a final Mastermind Group quick stop to Lauren Grove of Every Last Detail on the way back to Atlanta)! Many a mile on the good ole’ CRV, and well worth it! All with trust Harry Potter audiobooks in tow!

We snapped a few photos on our adventures, & I’m excited to share them here… and already dreaming of the blue skies & beauty to come in Kauai!

Thank you so much!! We are so pumped – have been talking about Hawaii for a while now, so feels surreal it’s happening!!

  2. Have an amazing time! We loveddd Kauai. Java Kai (in Kapa’a) was a great coffee shop. We loved watching sunrise from Secret Beach and sunset from Shipwreck Beach. Queens Bath and sipping sabered champagne (or mocktails!) on the St. Regis balcony at sunset aren’t to be missed!

Sounds so lovely! Absolutely can’t wait – and hear that cocktails/mocktails at St. Regis is a must!
