My husband & I could eat Asian-inspired dishes pretty much every day of the week and be content. When I first discovered broccolini and it’s crisp texture, I was sold. Then, add a bit of garlic, sesame oil and rice vinegar to it, and it makes it just that much better. I love the way the gorgeous green pops off of the moody cast-iron skillet in this shot and the texture of the tops of each broccolini stalk. The hardest part about food styling & food photography is waiting to eat the subjects! These didn’t last long in our house!
