When fall begins to kick in, all I need in the world of weddings is a bit of fall color to pair alongside lovely neutrals and the last bit of summer green! While the leaves may not be changing too much yet here in Augusta, I absolutely love how Jessica & Robert embraced fall through their gorgeous wedding palette. Can we just talk about those stunning emerald dresses paired alongside the deep burgundy/cranberry florals… and Jessica’s blush toned dress from House of the Bride? Dream!

Then pair that alongside classic black tuxes for the men and you’re golden on style. I mean, what can you expect though when one of your best friends and bridesmaids is the owner of House of the Bride?! Jessica & Robert’s day was not only stylish, but goodness, was it so sweet seeing the two of them interact. Robert’s sweet smile and Jessica’s warm personality curbed the chill and crazy wind we had that day! But I’ll tell you one thing the wind was great for? Amazing veil shots for this couple! 😉

After the ceremony, we celebrated and danced the night away at the Old Medical College. And guess how the night ended? After a series of funny events, I got to be the couple’s getaway car for the evening! What a treat it was to see them off officially at their hotel… to the very same resort Chip and I went to for our honeymoon! I couldn’t be more jealous of the glorious time these two are having right now at Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita in Cancun, Mexico!

Jessica & Robert, I can’t say it enough that being a part of your day was such an honor. Even when little details went awry for your day, you both handled it with such grace and gratefulness! People like you always make me smile – ones who enjoy the moment wholeheartedly and embrace every bit! What a fun and special day it was – congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Wilson! Now, bring me back some of that ceviche from Zoetry, will you?! 😉
