It’s rare you find a family you adore like the Peacock family. I had the pleasure of getting to know them all when shooting their oldest daughter Kathryn’s wedding a few years. Since then, I have loved getting to know Kathryn’s little sister, Kemper, at the gym & throughout Augusta! When I saw that Charlie popped the question, I immediately thought: “Oh I so hope I get to shoot that wedding!”

Now, here we are, preparing for their amazing day in Highlands, North Carolina, and celebrating their season of engagement. Getting to finally meet Charlie (after rescheduling due to rain!) at their engagement session was such fun… these two balance each other perfectly. And you would NEVER know it, but it was downpouring right outside of that covered porch. They were such troopers and trusted my gut of going for the engagement session despite the crazy weather… and we even got some clear skies at the end at the Augusta Country Club! WORTH IT! I absolutely can’t wait for their big day in July, and am so excited to share some of my favorites from their session here!
